On Monday, the couple stopped by the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court to pick up a marriage license. Sources tell TMZ that Del Rey and Dufrene haven’t returned the license to the court, meaning they haven’t exchanged their vows. It is unsure what wedding plans the lovebirds have, whether they want something intimate or elaborate. However, the news of the license is the first fans hear of wedding bells.
Rey and Dufrene only launched their relationship in August when a viral video showed them holding hands at the Reading & Leeds Festival. Very little is known about their romance’s timeline, but a 2019 Facebook post showed them hanging out in Louisana. At the time, the Summertime Sadness crooner visited her Alligator-loving boyfriend’s workplace with friends. Dufrene works as a tour guide at Airboat Tours by Arthur.
