Madden NFL 23 is yet to fully launch on August 19, but some players can already play the game early thanks to EA Play’s early access. Nevertheless, a growing number of Xbox Series X Madden NFL 23 players are reporting an annoying error where their trial version suddenly expires, and they can no longer access the game. To fix the Madden NFL 23 Expired Trial error on Xbox Series X, you can try these steps:
Start your Xbox Series X.
Launch Madden 23.
Press Play Trial.
Once the title screen appears, press any button.
Then go back to the Xbox home immediately by pressing the Xbox button.
Wait for at least 10 seconds.
Browse through your Xbox games tiles, then launch Madden 23 again from there.
Press Play Trial again.
At this point, you should no longer see the Expired Trial error anymore.
If that does not work, try restarting both your Xbox Series X console and your modem and/or router as well. There might be obstructive applications or in-game errors running in the background, and restarting your gaming system should refresh the whole thing. Meanwhile, turning off the router for 10-30 seconds might’ve freed it from any crashes, IP conflict between connecting devices, or even overheating.
