The Transformers actress and the Bad Things crooner called it quits late last year. Amid their breakup, the ex-couple welcomed a baby girl in March, and her birth has reportedly brought a difference.
A source close to Fox and Kelly revealed that the duo has experienced a “noticeable change” since the little girl’s birth. The insider told US Magazine that although there has been a shift in their bond, things are not back on good terms completely. “The relationship is still complicated,” the source disclosed. “They haven’t reconciled. It’s a mix of healing and hard conversations that they have had.”
The informant highlighted the changes in the former couple’s relationship, saying the baby’s arrival “brought them closer.” MGK is reportedly so “obsessed” with his daughter that her presence completely transforms him.
“The baby is already wrapped around his finger. Megan has noticed his energy is different, the look in his eyes is different, his aura has changed. She feels the baby is exactly what he needed, and she is hoping it sticks.”
Additionally, the Grammy nominee has been a very present father, ensuring both mother and daughter are well cared for. While Fox is impressed with this new version of MGK, she still allegedly worries the rapper “will change again and be the guy she doesn’t know.“

The newborn makes the singer a father of two girls and Fox a first-time girl mom. The Jennifer Body star has three sons, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey, whom she shares with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Soon after the Rap Devil singer shared the news about his daughter’s birth, some fans mistook her name for Celestial Seed.
In no time, MGK cleared the air on his baby’s name with a post on his Instagram stories. the rapper wrote, “Wait guys… her name isn’t ‘Celestial Seed.’ Her mom is going to tell you the name when we’re ready.”
MGK and Fox began their love affair in 2020 and engaged in 2022. After a series of on-and-off moments, the pair finally ended things in November 2024. While it is unknown whether the two will rekindle their relationship, they continue co-parenting their little girl.
