Miley Cyrus’ family is reportedly in shambles. The former Disney star’s big brood have made names for themselves in the entertainment industry. However, they’re currently making headlines for feuding with one another. At the center of the family feud is Miley’s mother, Tish Cyrus Purcell, and her younger sister, Noah Cyrus. Tish and Noah allegedly have bad blood between them after the family’s matriarch was reported to have married actor Dominic Purcell after he had engaged in a romance with her youngest daughter.
Although the Cyrus family hasn’t officially spoken out about the feud speculation, Miley is said to be completely heartbroken about the fact that her mother and sister are at odds with one another. Sources tell OK! Magazine that Noah “refuses to communicate” with Miley about the situation. Meanwhile, Tish has allegedly refused to reconcile with her daughter.
Miley Cyrus Heartbroken Over Family Rift
“Miley is devastated her family’s been torn apart,” an insider said, adding that Miley “believes [the family rift is] beyond repair at this time.”
Sources have previously revealed that Tish Cyrus was aware of Dominic Purcell and Noah Cyrus’ intimate relationship when she pursued a romance with him. The couple had a whirlwind relationship and married in late 2023. Although Miley Cyrus was at the wedding with her sister Brandi and brother Trace, the youngest Cyrus siblings, Noah and Braison, were noticeably absent from the nuptials.
“Noah was [seeing] Dominic when Tish started pursuing him. The turmoil between Noah and Tish goes far beyond [what people think],” the source continued. “Noah is very distraught over Tish stealing Dominic from her. Miley had no idea about the drama with Dominic. No idea at all,” the insider dished. “She confronted her mom about it. She thinks it’s a strange situation, but she loves her mom and wants her to be happy.”
Fans are hoping that Miley and her family can get though their current turmoil. However, it may take some time for the dust to settle before that can happen.
