Miranda Lambert really cares about animals. She has a selection of beloved pets, and she often makes posts on Instagram praising them and explaining how they have impacted her life. With this in mind, it does not come as a total shock that the Wranglers singer has decided to put on a show to bring awareness to her nonprofit organization, MuttNation (which she started alongside her mom, Bev Lambert, in 2009).
Miranda Lambert Puts On A Concert To Celebrate Her Charity
Miranda Lambert made a post on Instagram informing fans of her upcoming show and shared a poster of it. She also posted a picture of herself and a sweet dog. In the caption, she shared more information about the concert. “Nashville! I’m calling up some friends and we’re putting on a special concert to support @MuttNation! It’s @muttnation’s 15th anniversary and we’re going to celebrate big,” she wrote. The flyer also informs fans of where they can purchase the tickets (and if you are part of the fan club, you can get yours two days earlier).
This is not a concert that fans will want to miss, and the reaction to the post reflects this. “Wish I could be there you are so beautiful heart of gold,” one comment reads. Other fans have also praised Lambert. Comments on the post include, “Thank you for helping them. That means so much,” “Love that smile and cute dimples and bless you for helping the pets,” and “See ya there!!!”
The MuttNation charity is a project close to Miranda Lambert’s heart. The organization’s website reveals that it has already “raised over $9 million since inception with a mission to promote the adoption of shelter pets, advance spay & neuter; and educate the public about the benefits of these actions.” The statement continues, “MuttNation also works with transport partners to assist and relocate animals during times of natural disaster.”
If you’re a fan of dogs and Miranda Lambert, then the only thing left to do is get tickets to the Nashville concert.
