You can complete the Knife To Meet You Klue in Mortal Kombat 1 by spamming Kameo Kano’s Knife Toss move. This uses the Kameo gauge, so you must play tactically and wait for the meter to refill. Hitting the opponent with Kano’s knives 5 times will do.

The execution is easy, but you should note that you must successfully hit the opponent to count. That said, the best way to solve the Knife To Meet You Klue is by throwing the opponent in the air and then hitting them with Knife Toss by calling the Kano Kameo. They can’t block in the air, right?
