American former professional skateboarder, and MTV star, Bam Margera has been hospitalized and battling with severe pneumonia caused by COVID-19. Per TMZ, he was in a San Diego hospital within the week, where he tested positive for Covid.
Medical professionals in the health facility are treating him in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and decided to put him on a ventilator. Fortunately, the media outlet learned from sources close to the situation that he is in stable condition.
It comes after the 43-year-old ‘Jackass‘ star’s rehab episode. Sometime in September, he was forced to return to his rehab program ordered by the court. He reportedly fled the rehab facility in Florida multiple times.
However, he was apprehended by law enforcement and dragged back for his treatment completion. His repeated escape from the facility forced the implementation of an outpatient treatment approach.
Bam Margera is a talented individual. Seeing him battle with rehab, being hospitalized with pneumonia, and being put on a ventilator is something his well-wishers aren’t very happy about.
MTV’s Bam Margera Hospitalized With Pneumonia After Attorney-Friend Starts “Free Bam”
It was learned that prior to Bam Margera being hospitalized with pneumonia, he met a legal expert in rehab. The expert convinced him that he could get him out of the court-ordered treatment and “free Bam.”
Margera, since then, has been spotted in September having fun in Atlanta and Las Vegas by October. He never completed his court order, leaving everyone worried about his welfare.
TMZ sources say the star’s recovery process was disrupted by speculations that his family put him in a Britney Spears kind of conservatorship. It really confused him and worsened the situation.
People concerned about his well-being started issuing threats to his family and temporary healthcare guardian. The situation was immediately addressed to avoid it from ballooning into something bigger.
Getting hospitalized due to pneumonia from Covid-19 complications can be very deadly, and fans are praying for Bam Margera to get well soonest.
