MultiVersus, the Warner Bros-centric platform fighter featuring many cartoon fan favorites, is finally out of Open Beta Early Access and in Open Beta proper. With plenty of rebalancing, the fact the game is fully free to play, and a brand new character to boot, there are plenty of new things for you to sink your teeth into. Speaking of the new character specifically, LeBron James has a whole host of abilities to use against your opponents. If he seems like a character you want to give a go, but don’t know what perk build you should use, no need to worry. In this guide, we’ll explain the best perks for LeBron James in MultiVersus!
The Best Perks for LeBron James in MultiVersus
As mentioned in our Jake perks guide previously, please keep in mind that these are simply the best perks we found when testing the character out. They may not be the absolute best for you and that’s okay. Be sure to experiment around and find what works for you. With that out of the way, onto the bread and butter.
Starting with the Signature Perk choice, your choice will depend on what mode you tend to play. If you play Teams mode, it’s highly suggested you take Keep Possession for your team as the gray health can be infinitely valuable. If you prefer 1v1 or FFA though, then For Three is the clear option albeit without too many use cases.
Moving over to an Offense Perk, many of the standard damage increases can work quite well, though we tend to prefer Make it Rain, Dog! which LeBron unlocks at level 2. The bonus projectile speed gives your enemies less time to react to a basketball throw, which understandably can be invaluable. For Utility Perk options, I Dodge You Dodge We Dodge can be incredibly useful if you find yourself recharging your basketball for an upcoming attack. That is if you feel confident in your dodge timing. Finally for a Defense Perk, Back To Back can be excellent based on how much you’re staying near your ally to make passes. Any damage reduction can suffice though, in case someone catches you before your throw.
