Blabbit is a Seasonal monster, so you can only breed it during Eggs-Travaganza. This event occurs between March and April, but the exact date changes yearly. And while you are waiting for Eggs-Travaganza, you must prepare the necessary monsters for breeding Blabbit in My Singing Monsters:
