When waking up in the morning, the first thing you’d expect to see is your neighbors in the street, maybe the newspaper outside your door, or something that won’t give you a heart attack. Well, for one unfortunate citizen in Nashville, Tennessee, the thing they saw was straight out of a nightmare. According to one Redditor, the whole neighborhood woke up during the night to the sound of gunfire. However, this person was the least fortunate around the block because once they got out of their house, they noticed their recently bought vehicle was full of bullet holes.
A Redditor posted the pictures in the Mildly Infurating Subreddit, where the OP shares how they woke up in the morning to see their new car full of bullet holes. According to the one who shared the images, the harrowing event took place the night before in a neighborhood in Nashville, Tennessee.
Around 5 AM, some unknown assailants opened fire in the parking lot outside of this person’s house. Bullets flew across the area and hit several things, one of them being the man’s vehicle. Fortunately, no humans were injured, according to the OP’s information.
If you take a look at the Reddit post, the OP shared several pictures, including one with their vehicle full of bullets, their apartment’s door and windows, and even the wall of the building, also full of holes. The victim claims that the assailants were targeting a different apartment, and these things just got hit during the crossfire.
Fortunately, the one affected has also shared that they have insurance, meaning that their new vehicle might be back to mint condition soon, or so we hope. Still, this is a horrible situation to experience. Waking up to the sound of bullets and then looking at your belongings full of holes isn’t ideal.
While many Redditors commented on the harrowing situation, others told the OP they seemed to have bad luck and should seek help.

It appears a police report has already been filed, and authorities are expected to begin investigating soon. Still, many agree this situation should never have happened in the first place.
