Marvel’s new comics this week features the debut of a brand-new Scarlet Witch series. This time around, Jacopo Camagni joins writer Steve Orlando for a new chapter in Wanda’s life. The series finds the Scarlet Witch settling into life in upstate New York. However, her newfound peace is about to go up in smoke as a primal force sets its eyes on destroying her new life. Wanda must gather her best allies to fight for all she holds dear. Readers will get to see what happens when a force of pure destruction goes toe-to-toe with pure chaos.
Also releasing from Marvel this week is the continuation of the Blood Hunt saga. Jed MacKay and Pepe Larraz’s Blood Hunt #3 finds the heroes rallying at the Sanctum Sanctorum. However, before they can do anything, they must first deal with a threat close to the heart. Also debuting in Marvel’s new comics this week is X-Men: Blood Hunt – Jubilee #1. This Blood Hunt spinoff comes from Preeti Chhibber and Enid Balam and follows Jubilee on a vampire adventure. The mutant’s past as a vampire is coming to take a bite out of her and it is going to take all she has to survive.
Speaking of X-Men, also releasing this week is Peach Monoko’s Ultimate X-Men #4. Situated in the newly relaunched Ultimate Universe, this series is about to expand its roster of mutants. Hisako and Mei’s classmate, Nico Minoru, is close to figuring out that her two friends have mutant powers. Of course, they are not the only ones with special abilities as Hisako soon learns.
