Honkai Star Rail is a game that, many of us can agree, turned out to be more successful than we initially thought. Some attribute the success to the gameplay, the easy approach to farming things, the better rewards, or the fantastic roster of characters. Speaking of which, in true HoYoverse fashion, it might get bigger. While most of the characters we saw during the game’s first leaks turned out to be playable, there is a new list of future characters for Honkai Star Rail. Whether this is true or not, remember to take this with a grain of salt, as they might show up but not be playable.
Honkai Star Rail Leaks Show at Least 21 Unreleased Characters
Before we list some of them, we’d like to mention this information comes from the leaks subreddit for the game, which means it may or may not be reliable. While some have already been mentioned in the game and others have been revealed by HoYoverse officially, there are many more whose future is uncertain. But, for those who want to know about them, here’s the alleged list of future characters:
- Archeron: Nihility/Lightning (5-star)
- Argenti: Erudition/Physical (5-star)
- Aventurine: Preservation/Imaginary (5-star)
- Black Swan: Nihility/Wind (5-star)
- Gallagher: Abundance/Fire (5-star)
- Sam: Destruction/Fire (5-star)
- Firefly: Unknown element, path, and rarity.
- Hanabi: Harmony/Quantum (5-star)
- Yayi: Hunt/Lightning (5-star)
- Misha: Destruction/Ice (4-star)
- Ruan Mei: Harmony/Ice (5-star)
- Dr. Ratio: Hunt/Imaginary (5-star)
- Screwllum: Erudition/Imaginary (5-star)
- Trailblazer: Harmony/Imaginary
- Xueyi: Destruction/Quantum (4-star)
- Huo Huo: Abundance/Wind (5-star)
- Hanya: Harmony/Physical (4-star)
- Diva: Unknown element, path, and rarity.
- Sunday: Unknown element, path, and rarity.
- Boothil: Unknown element, path, and rarity.
- Robin: Unknown element, path, and rarity.
We don’t know if all these future characters will ever appear as playable in Honkai Star Rail. A few of them, though, have been confirmed, such as Argenti, Huo Huo, and Hanya, who already have their page on the official HoYolab website. Aventurine was mentioned during the latest main story quest of version 1.4, and we’ve already seen Screwllum in some events and inside the Simulated Universe. So, it might be safe to say at least a few will appear sooner rather than later.
