Did you enjoy choose your own adventure books as a child?  How about The Twilight Zone?  Did you ever consider what it would be like if you could combine the two?  Even if the thought never crossed your mind you will soon be able to glimpse just that in this curious new revival of the series.

This new version of the classic sci-fi and horror television show is being produced by CBS and a company called Interlude.  Interlude has made a name for itself by creating various other popular interactive videos before and they remain leaders in the field.

While details about this version of The Twilight Zone are scarce there are a few things known for certain:  Ken Levine, one of the primary persons involved with and the main writer behind Bioshock, will be writing the pilot episode.  The new show is set to be some type of interactive video project in which the viewer/player can “change and adapt the story based on what he or she feels.”  In addition to this, the companies involved stated: “As with all other Interlude videos, viewers can return repeatedly and have a different viewing experience each time”.

Are you excited that The Twilight Zone is being resurrected?  Do you think that there could not be a more perfect way to destroy the sterling reputation of a classic series?  Have you never seen a single episode of The Twilight Zone in your life?  Let us hear about it by leaving your opinion in the comments section below.
