Stonecutting is used to craft Charged Sand in New World

In order to craft charged sand in New World, you will require a 150 stonecutting level and a stonecutting table of tier five. You can improve your stonecutting level by crafting various items throughout the game. The easiest way to find a stonecutting table of tier five is to find a settlement that has one.

In order to create charged sand, you will require five Sandstone and one Obsidian Sandpaper. You can craft Obsidian Sandpaper once you have Masterwork Material Converter unlocked from your faction store and any 20 of the many refining materials in the game, such as Wireweave.

You can find Sandstone by going through the numerous rock-like structures at Brimstone Sands; these often drop Sandstone.

Once you have the required material, head to your tier five stonecutting table and get crafting. Using these items at the table will net you charged sand in New World. Charged Sand is a crafting item and can then be used at the same stonecutting table to craft various items such as Runeglass gems.
