So far, we have only had a glimpse of information about new Solaris-3 characters. Finally, Wuthering Waves shared the drip marketing of the Resonators Xiangli Yao and Zhezhi. The uniqueness of these characters is truly intriguing. I was already excited for more of Xiangli since he appears in the Official Release Trailer along with Mortefi. However, I was very surprised by Zhezhi’s appearance because there were really no specific details, and I didn’t know what to expect. It’s also surprising how the two characters are so different in their view of their world.
We have already seen Xiangli Yao working in a lab, but now his drip marketing corroborates that he is Huaxu Academy’s Principal Investigator in Wuthering Waves. This explains his passion for learning from the world and from other people to gather knowledge. Also surprising to many is that this researcher has a robotic arm and that under his mechanical shoulder is his Resonator mark. We already know that those with this mark usually suffer certain mutations when they become Resonators. For this scientist, it appears to be his hair with a white gradient and stars on it.
Thanks to Zhezhi’s drip marketing, we met this fantastic commissioner painter at Wuthering Waves as she approaches the world’s beauty and seeks to replicate it in her paintings. Her artistic style is reflected in her delicately colorful designs, such as her clothes, hair, and eyes. Also, the details in her stockings and even her delicate earrings are gorgeous. I will look forward to both characters making it to the banners, but the problem always repeats itself: which one to use my pulls for. I definitely want both of them. Indeed, we will see soon what their weapons, attributes, and rarity are. Until then, it will be easier to choose whether this waifu or the husbando will be the new member of our teams.
