When you have family members who rely on Fox News for literally everything, they’re exhausting to be around. From spreading fake news to calling everything ‘woke,’ there comes a point where you just want to walk away. One New York woman decided to stick around and pull the thread. And to her mother, no less. All it took was a few questions and dear mother was flustered, making their whining about ‘woke’ or something all the more ridiculous.
TikToker Marie recorded her mother ranting, who will apparently “do anything to defend Donald Trump,” after Marie confronted her about President Trump and Jeffrey Epstein’s relationship. With a vast amount of Epstein emails, it’s just more evidence that points to the obvious answer. Trump had a lot of correspondence with the convicted sex offender, some humorous and some serious.
Marie even takes the opportunity to question her mom about the ‘Bubba’ emails. The emails in question refer to a conversation between Jeffrey and his brother, Mark Epstein. Mark wrote a line in an email, jokingly, saying“Putin has the photos of Trump [expletive] Bubba,” though the identity is still speculated. When Marie brings up that part of the email, her mom says, “I didn’t see that. I don’t know about that.”
From there, Marie’s frustrated MAGA parents become increasingly belligerent as they try to protect they’re political opinions. “I think Epstein created doubt. I think that Epstein made [expletive] up. He could have sent that in writing that he had that,” Marie’s mother continues to deny. At one point she argues Epstein did it for “leverage.”
You can tell Marie finds the entire conversation hilarious and ridiculous. She tries to talk sense into her mom, saying everything Epstein said in his emails was true. Unsurprisingly, it’s like talking to a wall, and her mother gets so flustered Marie has to tell her to lower her voice.
“I can’t wait for Thanksgiving family dinner. It’s gonna be so fun,” one commenter quipped. That’s if anyone can afford to do Thanksgiving this year.
“Do they think Epstein sent a bunch of bogus emails just in case someday there’s a subpoena from congress to release all of those emails? I’m confused,” asked another. There’s always another conspiracy, you know?
