Outfitted in a stylish activewear look, Nicole highlighted her gym-honed figure in a skintight pair of white leggings paired with a matching sports bra.
Filmed on a white-sand beach and backed by gentle lapping waves, the Hawaii native stunned her fans while upside-down as she used her head and arms to support her upper body while extending her muscular legs high in the air.
Alongside delivering a 180-degree pose, Nicole then stretched her legs out into the splits, showing off her gymnast-level flexibility while still using her upper body strength.
Giving Fans Good Advice

Dishing deets to Glamour, Nicole revealed: “I do a 30- to 45- minute jog twice a week and a lot of circuit training in the gym. I alternate from a few minutes of cardio to sets of 12 on each exercise. I like one leg dead lift squats and bed-overs using 10 pound weights.”
As to squeezing in workout sessions amid her hectic schedule and traveling, the reality judge continued: “I’ve had to get off a flight with no sleep and go straight to work. In those situations I get on a treadmill for the 10 minutes and do intervals where you walk for a minute, then sprint as fast as you can, then walk, then jog.”
Nicole also has her eye on her nutrition as she leads a healthy lifestyle in the wake of her recovery from bulimia nervosa.
