The wait is finally over. After years of teasing, rumors, speculations, and tinfoil hat theories, Nintendo’s next console is on the way. During its Direct, we finally got a release date for the Nintendo Switch 2, as well as a huge lineup of games coming at launch, including first-party and third-party titles. Nintendo Switch 2 Launches on June 5, 2025

Furthermore, we are only two months away from getting it, so the wait won’t be long.
Nintendo Switch 2 Launch Games
Since we all need an excuse to buy the Nintendo Switch 2, there are many games coming to it at launch. The line-up includes several first-party and third-party titles, and also a few getting a dedicated Nintendo Switch 2 edition. Below is the list of the games you can expect at launch and a few months after the console’s release. If one game isn’t a launch title, we’ll put the release date next to it if it was unveiled during the Direct.
