There was one thing that, above all else, created a lot of commotion in the Hogwarts Legacy community. For months, we all hoped that at some point, we would get a Quidditch update, or even some DLC, because honestly, is the Hogwarts experience even the Hogwarts experience without Quidditch? Nope. As it turns out, there was a reason for the lack of Quidditch content, and it was because Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions was in the works and ready give witches and wizards everything they need to fulfil their dreams of being a Quidditch star on just about every major platform.

Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions - Official Reveal Trailer

Let’s face it, Quidditch is a huge part of the Hogwarts experience, and while it easily could have been in Hogwarts Legacy, the activity is so extensive that I honestly believe it’ll be much better in its own game. You’ll have the chance to fully explore the sport and everything it has to offer, whereas if it were just a small part of a bigger game, it likely wouldn’t have gotten the spotlight it deserves.

Not only is Quidditch a big part of the overall wizarding community, but it’s also just a big thing in itself. It’s a new game that players will get to learn, enjoy, and practice at to get better and even compete against rivaling Hogwarts houses. Every young witch and wizard dreams of making it to the Quidditch World Cup, and this is your chance to make that a reality and be the next big Quidditch star.

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
