Welcome back to our usual coverage of Game Pass games. Last week we, unfortunately, didn’t have any new games like usual, but this is likely due to recent events. To make up for it though, the team has curated a whopping nine games that will be coming over the next week. These are focused primarily on turn-based game fans, but there’s some fast-paced and open-world based stuff as well. There should be something that everyone can enjoy. Without further adieu, here’s everything you can expect to see in this set of Game Pass games.
By far the biggest one here is No Man’s Sky, coming to both Game Pass PC and Console. No Man’s Sky is an open-world survival exploration game that will exceed your expectations into the stars. It may not have had that great of a launch, but various improvements have made it a complete and enjoyable experience. You can explore the infinite universe, uncover the deepest secrets, take on the toughest of foes, and pretty much anything you can think of. You can begin playing this tomorrow and to go with that, the game will officially have cross-play. Be sure to hop in and tell us what you think.
Following that up is Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5, 2.5 ReMix, and 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue for Game Pass Console. These three games offer a lot of Kingdom Hearts content, so fans of one should like the others quite considerably. Join Sora and his friends on a journey across the Disney universe in a battle between light and dark forces. With refined combat, expansive worlds to explore, and a massive amount of content, this is one you’ll have to play through. You can start playing all three titles tomorrow.
Other than that, there’s Dungeon of the Endless for Game Pass Console and PC. This is a bit of an interesting title, mixing both tower defense and roguelike genres into something extra special. Along with your team of heroes, you must defend the generator of your crashed ship against hordes of enemies. You’ll explore an ever-expanding dungeon, and face a myriad of foes in your quest to escape and survive. With high critical acclaim, this is one that should be worth giving a go. Like the other titles so far, you can begin playing this tomorrow!
Battletech is a turn-based tactics game from the team at Harebrained Schemes, available on Game Pass PC. You control your team of mechs on either various side-quests or through a complete and enjoyable singleplayer campaign. The year is 3025, and the galaxy has been fighting a mass war for ages. Your only hope of survival is the BattleMechs, towering machines that are offensive powerhouses. Control your units in battle and hit your enemies with the full force of your meds in a turn-based tactics game with a lot of love. You can play this title starting tomorrow as well.
And finally for tomorrow’s offerings is Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2, a real-time strategy game that’s as much fun as its name is a mouthful. Offering a great entry to the Warhammer 40K universe, experience three expansive and interesting campaigns. Each faction vyes for power, and it’s up to you to see to their success. You’ll explore iconic Warhammer systems and take part in large scale battles in this critically acclaimed RTS. For those interested, Game Pass PC players can get their hands on it and experience everything it has to offer.
And now for our final two titles releasing June 18th. First off, we have The Bard’s Tale Remastered and Resnarkeled. Experience one of the grandfathers of action RPGs in an updated and more modern-day friendly form. You are the Bard, a man who doesn’t take pointless side-quests for an answer. Use your musical wit to summon friendly characters to fight alongside you, and take on many foes in your quest for currency. Game Pass PC and Console players both get to experience this classic ARPG, and we hope you let us know your thoughts.
Last but certainly not least is Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales from none other than CD Projekt Red. This RPG puts you in the shoes of Meve, a warrior queen of Lyria and Rivia. With the Nilfgaard kingdom looking to lay siege to your lands, Meve must become the warrior queen she always has been and put an end to the madness. Travel across sprawling locations, defeat your foes, and get your revenge in this dark but solid RPG. Game Pass Console players get the chance to experience this adventure.
And that’s everything coming over the next week. This list is expansive, so you should find something you like. Anything stands out to you already? Anything you wish to see come to Game Pass in the future? Let us know, and stay tuned at The Nerd Stash for all your news, reviews, and more!
