It would appear that, in between playing DC’s premier megalomaniac Lex Luthor, Jesse Eisenberg has found the time to rejoin the Now You See Me 2 crew for a sequel;

The original ‘Now You See Me’ detailed the adventures of ‘The Four Horsemen’, a group of magicians who use their skills to pull off Robin Hood style thefts; ultimately robbing a man named Tressler and distributing the funds to hurricane Katrina victims that he got out of paying due to legal loopholes.
The sequel is set one year after the events of the original Now You See Me. According to IMDB, the sequel’s summary is as follows;
‘One year after outwitting the FBI and winning the public’s adulation with their Robin Hood-style magic spectacles, The Four Horsemen resurface for a comeback performance in hopes of exposing the unethical practices of a tech magnate. The man behind their vanishing act is none other than Walter Mabry, a tech prodigy who threatens the Horsemen into pulling off their most impossible heist yet. Their only hope is to perform one last unprecedented stunt to clear their names and reveal the mastermind behind it all.’
As you can see from the trailer, there has been an inspired bit of casting with Daniel Radcliffe’s inclusion as Walter Mabry. Now You See Me 2 will hit theatres on June 10th.
