I believe that when anyone gets on a plane, they can’t wait to get off it. In fact, anyone who travels by plane would usually wish that their flight goes smoothly. This wasn’t the case for passengers on a flight heading to Baltimore, Maryland. Unfortunately for those on the plane, they came across an obnoxious Black woman. When it was time to get off the plane, the lady stood in the middle of the aisle and refused to let anyone behind her get off. Guess why? Her daughter was sitting a few rows behind her so the mom wanted the passengers to let her daughter get off first. That’s simply insane. If you wanted to go off with your daughter at the same time, you could have booked two seats next to each other. Imagine being entitled enough to think that it’s okay to hold up an entire flight.
Of course, people on the Maryland flight weren’t delighted. One woman couldn’t help but tell the mom, “I would hate to be your daughter and have to go home with you. No wonder she is back there.” That definitely upset the mom. When a flight attendant finally appeared, the mom told her that she wouldn’t get off unless the passengers let her daughter pass them first. Her entitlement kept going even when the attendant advised her to sit in one of the rows until it was her daughter’s turn to get off. “Why can’t they let her pass?” was her response. Maybe because it’s not her turn? When one of the passengers kept talking to the mom, she suddenly lost it. “Mind your [expletive] business [expletive],” she yelled.
Chaos continued happening on the Frontier Airlines flight. The Black woman kept yelling at the poor passenger and told her that she wasn’t a problem solver. Well, you are the problem so maybe it’s normal that people would stand up to you? What is surprising is that security didn’t come. If she was causing all of this chaos then the crew should have escorted her off the plane. Finally, after a lot of yelling and another attempt by the flight attendant to convince the woman to move to the side, she decided to do just that. She wasn’t happy about it, though, since she made sure to tell everyone behind her, “[expletive] y’all.” I honestly feel bad for her daughter.
People Reacting to the Obnoxious Maryland Black Woman
Many people were upset by how the passengers just stood there and let the Maryland woman do what she wanted. “There’s no way I would be standing there listening to her bull. I’m pushing right by her. Smh,” one person wrote. Another person agreed as they said, “Yeah. I’d just casually walk right through her. [Expletive] isn’t stopping me.” Someone else wondered why everyone on the plane was passive in this situation. “Took too long to find this comment. Wtf is with everyone being so passive??” they asked. They definitely didn’t act the way most people would have. One person also described how the woman sounded ridiculous as they wrote, “‘All you need to do is just stand here until she can get here.’ ‘But why can’t all these 20-30 people just do what I want?’” they wrote. This made someone else reply and say, “Main character syndrome.”
More people were perplexed by what the Maryland woman did. Her behavior didn’t sound reasonable at all. “She can literally just…move into the row in front of her…wait for other people to get by…then walk off with her daughter… She’d get what she wanted (departing the plane with her daughter) and wouldn’t have to hold everyone else up for no reason. There is literally no reason for her to do this. I feel bad for her daughter to have to go through something that embarrassing…,” one person wrote. You definitely have to sympathize with the daughter. Another person wanted the mom to face consequences as they said, “No fly list.” Someone else agreed and wrote, “Immediately. She should not even be allowed to drive within sight of an airport.” Whether she faces consequences or not, she certainly doesn’t have a lot of fans.
