The Schedule
Oculus Gaming Showcase will start on April 21 at 3:00 PM PT or 6:00 PM ET. Over on the official blog post, Oculus wrote that the company would be sharing the latest updates and news for at least four different VR titles, including Star Wars and the Resident Evil 4 VR remake:
- Pistol Whip from Cloudhead Games.
- Lone Echo II from Ready At Dawn.
- Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge from ILMxLAB.
- Resident Evil 4 VR from Capcom and Armature Studio (exclusive to Oculus Quest 2).
- And more.
Although the announcement of Resident Evil 4 VR in yesterweek’s Resident Evil Showcase stream was somewhat surprising, last year’s Capcom mega leak actually mentioned the existence of such a project. But for now, that’s all the details we know about both the VR game and the show. What new information are you hoping to see at the Oculus Gaming Showcase debut event? More Leon S. Kennedy goodness? Or maybe there are other VR titles you’re waiting for? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to The Nerd Stash for the summary of the show.
