The assassination of Charlie Kirk is still something that is widely felt around the country. Despite what people might have thought about his politics and the manner in which he spoke about them, there is no world where it is okay to kill a person for any reason. Unfortunately, some people believe that Kirk’s actions still need to be punished, regardless of who might be the one enacting them. A Middletown, Ohio, woman was enraged after leaving a Starbucks restaurant with her order, a Mint Majesty with two honeys, only to find that instead of her name written on the cup, it said, ‘racists fav drink.’

The above image comes directly from the customer in question’s Facebook page, Autumn Perkins. She explains that she had driven to her local Starbucks to get Charlie Kirk’s favorite drink, a Mint Majesty with two honeys. Despite her hatred for the establishment for various reasons, starting with their ‘satanic logo,’ she went in and got the drink. To her horror, instead of her name being written on the top of the drink, which is typically required before baristas take your order, something more sinister was there.
She decided to take an image of the cup while inside her car, focusing on the ‘racists fav drink’ written on the top in black Sharpie. I’m unsure how she hadn’t noticed the large print prior to having left the shop, but that isn’t what’s important. She allegedly returned to the establishment, a Kroger on Towne Blvd in Middletown, Ohio, but was unable to speak to the manager, forcing her to have to return the following day.
Having worked in retail for the better part of a decade, if you have an issue with an establishment, the manager doesn’t have to be the person you speak with. You’re free to call corporate, and they’ll handle the situation right then and there, communicating with all the people involved. However, the woman was apparently called by Kroger themselves and informed that the associate who wrote on her cup had been terminated.
Various commentators on the Facebook photo were quick to side with Autumn Perkins, with one person even saying, “They cooking up a bag for youโฆโฆ secure it!!” However, there are also various comments questioning the validity of the post. Regardless of whether the writing on the cup was actually by a Starbucks employee or not, I hope this situation shows people just how serious the conservative party is about Charlie Kirk.
