TikTok is absolutely filled with spooky stories. Whether that be supernatural or based in reality, it’s certainly there. However, this Oklahoma mom has a slightly different experience for the horror side of the app. Reagan is an Oklahoma native and a mother. Although it isn’t necessarily what her child does that is creepy. It’s actually the things they say that take the cake. Reagan has posted a now-viral story time TikTok recalling some of the eerie things her child has told her.
The TikTok starts off with the Oklahoma mom sitting in her vehicle. Reagan then immediately drops the bomb shell. She states that her son can, in fact, “see ghosts,” as well as remember his own past life. However, after the shocking claim, she then starts laying down her reasoning for thinking this way. Reagan claims that her son knew about a miscarriage she had experienced before his birth. The mother states her son could even tell her the gender of the baby. This is allegedly knowledge that the child did not possess beforehand, and the comment section had freaked out after this. “I would’ve passed out,” wrote one.
Oklahoma Child Claims to Remember Past Life
Reagan then explains that they do not ask her son questions about these things. Her son will reportedly just offer up the information willingly. The video then shifts gears slightly as Regan gives an example of what her son talks about. The mother states her son told her that people will grow until they are old and die. However, the child would then allegedly continue by saying that after they die, they just repeat the cycle again as a new person.
This is a common spiritual belief called reincarnation. Reincarnation is explained as “the concept that the non-physical essence continues to exist even after biological death.” While there is no concrete evidence to support these theories, it is still a complex topic for a child to fully discuss.
When the Oklahoma mom would try to explain that this is not necessarily how it works, the child would reportedly say the “I remember.” Regan then says that her son would go into detail about how he was once an old man who was sick. He would then say he got to pick Reagan as his next mom as he was sent to live his next life. She states her son also recalls having a wife and multiple children as well.
The finality of death scares a majority of living things. However, the greater fear is arguably the unknown. While there is no evidence to support the claims of life after death and reincarnation, the thought of transcending the limitations of mortality is an interesting concept. As for the Oklahoma mom and her very knowledgeable son, they may have some enlightening conversations ahead of them.
