The Space Turner Deviant is rather interesting in Once Human. It resembles a Rubix cube, though all of the sides are a metallic gray color. When placed in a Securement Unit, it creates Spatial Keystones that can then be used at Supplies Workbenches to create Space Twisters. Let’s look at where to find the Space Turner Deviant in Once Human and what you can do with Space Twisters.

Firstly, you need to head over to the Dayton Hospital in the Dayton Wetlands. The location is just northwest of the Monolith of Greed and is recommended for players who are at least Level seven. When you enter, you’ll be able to take on the Escape Dayton Hospital Puzzle quest. This is required to find the Space Turner.

How to Complete Dayton Hospital Puzzle

Once inside the hospital, wander around until you can hear the clear ringing of a telephone. After locating the phone, answer it to hear a nurse giving the discharge date of a patient located in the second room, 9/15. To make things as clear as possible, you are the patient in this situation, and the different rooms can manipulate the month and the day.

A black calendar hanging on the wall will keep track of the date as you use the two rooms to change the month and the day. Keep manipulating time by entering the rooms until the calendar finally settles on the date that the nurse discussed with you. After the date is correct, go back to the phone and “discharge” yourself.

With the puzzle complete, you’ll be able to escape and receive the Space Turner Deviant as a reward. Unlike other Deviants, this isn’t an RNG, and you’ll get it on the first try.

What Does the Space Turner Deviant Do?

The Space Turner sits in its Securement Unit on your base while making Spatial Keystones. It can make a total of 300 before you need to remove them. With the Spatial Keystones in your hand, you can create a Space Twister to open up space and time to invite another player to your side. To create a Space Twister, use these ingredients:

  • Eight Spatial Keystones.
  • Four Acids.
  • Three Glass.
