An Oregon woman has been getting roasted nonstop after she posted on TikTok how she proposed to her partner. It might have been romantic to the couple, but not many believed the same. The woman is working as a manager at the Dollar Store, and she decided to propose right there. While her partner was at the store shopping, someone was there with her to film her reaction. The proposal started when the woman made an announcement inside the store and asked her partner to come to the front.
The proposal then continues as the Oregon woman said, “I love you so much, and I would love to make you mine for the rest of my life.” When her partner finally reached the front, she got on one knee and presented her with a ring. The problem is, it wasn’t just a typical ring. She gave her a Ring Pop. While not everyone might agree about how this proposal went, the couple did look happy. Her partner even looked emotional as she accepted the ring. It is definitely the first time that I have seen a Dollar Tree proposal with a Ring Pop. It’s kind of creative though and the two might prefer this rather than anything else. With the current economy, this is actually better than nothing.

Let’s just say that not many people agreed with the Oregon woman’s proposal. Most reactions were basically roasting her due to the nature of the proposal. Since she proposed while being at work, one person wrote, “Proposing on the clock is crazy.” One woman shared the same opinion and said, “On the middle of ur shift is crazy tho like right back to work.” Another person commented on how the proposal was unique, as they said, “I’m the first in my bloodline to see footage of a dollar tree proposal.” I can relate to this statement.
