This article is over 3 years old and may contain outdated information.

Do you want to know why your Overwatch skins aren’t transferring to Overwatch 2? Overwatch 2 has been facing some bug issues since its launch on October 04, 2022. The game developers are aware of these problems and are already working on fixing them. Many players report that their original game’s purchased skins aren’t showing in the sequel. This problem is not only with skins but also with other cosmetic items like sprays. Overwatch 2 is a new game with many new features and changes. So, it’s not surprising that some players have problems with their skins not transferring. In this guide, we’ll explain why skins are not Transferring to the Game in Overwatch 2.

Why Are Skins Not Transferring to the Game in Overwatch 2?

The main reason might be that all your Overwatch 2 paying platforms are not connected to your battle.net account. So, if you have purchased any skins or other in-game items on PC through the Blizzard website, PlayStation Store, or Xbox Live, then those items will not appear in your collection in Overwatch 2.

The only way to get those items to appear in your new game is by linking all the accounts. You need to go to the “Link Accounts” page on your Blizzard account and connect all the accounts where you made any in-game purchases.

Once all the accounts are linked, the items should start appearing in your Overwatch 2 game. If you are still facing the same problem, it is probably from the server side, and you need to wait for the developers to fix it.

Skins Not Transferring in Overwatch 2
