Fishing is a common activity for any life sim, and Palia is no exception. Players can find many different bodies of water and rivers in the game world. Each of these places has fish, but depending on the location and daytime, the type of fish will be different. Even common species like Orange Bluegill can only be found and caught in certain waters using the right bait in Palia. Fortunately, this fish is not very picky about food.
Where To Find Orange Bluegill
Palia has two different locations namely Kilima Village and Bahari Bay. Often, fish species live in one of them, but in the case of the Orange Bluegill, things are a little different. It can be found in both locations by visiting the ponds at any time of the day:
- Pond south of Tamala’s house (Bahari Bay)
- Pond near Hodari and Najuma’s House (Bahari Bay)
- Pond at Hideaway Bluffs (Bahari Bay)
- Pond west of Daiya Family Farm (Kilima Village)
- Mirror Pond Ruins (Kilima Village)
Since Orange Bluegill is a common type in Palia, it does not have a special schedule. Therefore, all you have to do is come to one of the described places and start fishing. However, first, you need to get some bait.
How To Catch Orange Bluegill in Palia
While finding Orange Bluegill in Palia is fairly easy, catching one can take some time. You will receive a Fishing Rod quite early and can start fishing. But for this type of fish, you need to get Worms.
Players can purchase Worms from Zeki’s General Store for Gold or grow them at the Worm Farm. The second option is preferable because it is cheaper. In any case, you must stock up on as many Worms as possible and go to the pond.
When you arrive, cast your line and wait for the fish to bite the bait. Then, complete a small mini-game to catch the Orange Bluegill in Palia. Fortunately, this type of fish is not very energetic so you can catch it without any problems. After this, Orange Bluegill can be used for cooking, completing Accomplishments, and of course, selling for Gold.
That’s all you need to know about how to find and catch Orange Bluegill in Palia. This common fish can be easily obtained by following these simple tips:
- Get the bait, namely Worms.
- Find a suitable pond.
- Cast a line and catch a fish.
