Paramount+ renewed Evil for a fourth season while it is currently in its third for the streamer. Originally airing its debut season on CBS, the move to the streaming platform has worked out well for the horror drama.
The series explores the line between science and religion with its spooky mysteries that look at the origins of evil. The newly renewed Paramount+ series Evil centers around forensic psychologist Dr. Kristen Bouchard, played by Katja Herbers (Westworld). She investigates the supernatural with Catholic priest David Acosta, played by Mike Colter (Luke Cage). Aasif Mandvi (This Way Up) plays their tech guru Ben Shakir. The show also stars Michael Emerson (Arrow), Christine Lahti (The Blacklist), Kurt Fuller (Psych), Andrea Martin (The Good Fight), Brooklyn Shuck (Rise), Skylar Gray (Me, Myself and I), Maddy Crocco, and Dalya Knapp.
The third season of Evil is airing right now, which is on its fourth episode. It follows shortly after the previous season with the drama between Kristen and David, psychological troubles for Ben, and an espionage group within the Catholic church.

Filmmaking duo Robert and Michelle King created the series while serving as executive producers. Liz Glotzer, Rockne S. O’Bannon, and Nelson McCormick executive produce too. CBS Studios and King Size Productions produce with Paramount Global Distribution handled distribution.
The Kings have made a long-standing career in producing strong hits. They have produced The Good Fight and The Good Wife. Other credits include The Bite, Your Honor, and BrainDead. They have both served as leading writers in the shows they have worked on, including Evil on Paramount+.
The horror series holds 100% on Rotten Tomatoes for its third season. Each season progressively gets a higher score when reviews accumulate on the review-aggregation site. Its debut earned 92%, then went to 95% on its second run.
