Payday 3: Dirty Ice Stealth Guide

Unlike stealth, a heist by force does not require a lot of effort and planning. In the Dirty Ice mission, you will have the opportunity to rob a jewelry store owned by Ashton Fine, and doing so in stealth is much more fun. That’s why we created a stealth guide for Dirty Ice in Payday 3. In general, this heist is not long, but it takes time to find the right key cards and blackmail the manager. Below, we describe all the steps in detail so that you don’t have any problems.

How To Complete the Dirty Ice Mission Using Stealth in Payday 3

This robbery will not take you long. In total, there will be 3 places that you can rob using the stealth mode, namely:

• VIP showroom
• Jewelry Workshop
• Vault

To successfully get there and steal all the jewelry, first, you need to thoroughly explore the store and find out where the cameras and guards are. Considering the statistics of our heists in this store, they are all located in the same places, namely:

• 1 guard patrolling the back alley.
• 1 guard in the front of the store.
• 1 guard in the camera room.
• 1 guard patrolling in the back private area.
• 1 guard inside the basement.

So, when you know your objectives, the layout of the building, and the location of the guards, you can start the heist. 

How To Rob a VIP Showroom

Getting into the VIP showroom is one of the easiest tasks of this mission. As you know, for some doors, you will need to have a QR code, which can be obtained by exploring the map and finding phones, and this case is no exception. Fortunately, the spawn of phones with QR codes is not completely random and there are a few places where it should be, namely:

• In the manager’s room on the couch.
• In the bathroom near the hallway.
• Behind the store in a crate.
• In the break room on the table.

The search will not take you much time, and when you find the required QR code, just go to the VIP showroom. It is not difficult to find it, the best method to get there is from the outside. Go around the store on the right side where the lane with the van is located. Climb on the roof of the van and get through the window on the second floor, then move along the corridor until you find the manager’s office and the VIP showroom opposite it. Now, just use the QR code and loot to your heart’s content.

How To Rob Jewelry Workshop

Getting to the Jewelry Workshop is more difficult, but also won’t take you much time. Here are the steps you need to follow:

1. Go to the lane to the right of the store where the van is located to find the guard and steal the blue key card from him.
2. Use the van to climb on it and get to the second floor.
3. Go to the manager’s office. Next, you should use the computer to learn where the password to the basement might be. There are 3 options, namely:
   1.  At the front of the store in the Employee of the Month frame.
   2.  In the break room, on the whiteboard will be written “WiFi password.”
   3.  The book in the VIP showroom.
4. When you know the password and get the blue key card, go to the basement door to enter the PIN code to get inside.
5. Once there, disable the alarm system using the lever on the right wall and open the safe to take incriminating photos. Also, use the blue key card to disable the cameras.
6. Go back to the manager’s office and use the phone to call the manager and start blackmailing her. This will force her to return to the office.
7. When she arrives, take her hostage and lead her to the biometric scanner that opens the door to the Jewelry Workshop.
8. Throw her against the scanner to make the door open, then go inside and rob.

Thus, you have robbed the second location without any additional effort.

How To Rob Vault

We recommend robbing the vault as a last step, as there is a much higher chance that you will be noticed and the police will be called. So, here’s what you need to do:

1. Go back to the basement to get half of the red keycard.
2. Go up to the manager’s office to find the other half of the red keycard.
3. If you blackmailed the manager and left her in the office, use this to get an advantage and force her to press the button to open the vault. This is necessary if you are playing alone because, during a robbery with friends, one of them can do it instead of a hostage.
4. When the button is pressed, run as fast as you can to the vault door to scan the red keycard. This is because scanning the keycard and pressing the button must be done at the same time.
5. Go inside and collect the loot.

That’s it, all three locations have been robbed, and now you can safely leave the bank to collect your money.
