However, if you’re looking for something a little less cutesy and a little more crude, check out Not a Hero. Steve is a campaign manager for a rabbit running for mayor. He’s also a former assassin. And now he and his growing team of heroes have to clean up the city. So get ready to enter a kingdom of bullet hell. As you run and gun your way through this fast-paced 2D side scroller.

It seems like this is the month for side scrollers because this month we also have Ninja Senki DX. Shurikenjutsu master Hayate has set out on a path of revenge. Demons have slain Princess Kinuhime and Hayate is no longer willing to hide in the shadows. The game looks to be a mix between the classic Mario and Ninja Gaiden games. So if you’re into platformers this month Sony has you covered.

You can also get your hands on Starwhal, a title where you battle it out as a Narwhal. TorqueL, another puzzle platformer, and Anna: Extended Edition where you solve puzzles in the Italian mountains to discover your dark past. So if you like games if this nature, you’ve got plenty to keep you going. If not you’ll have to wait until next month. For everything Playstation Plus, stay tuned to Thenerdstash.
