If it’s Pokemon-related and exists as a tangible object, then we want it. Especially if it’s a Rotom-themed appliance. Reddit user BigRig_Pikachu showed off their collection of 3D printed and hand-built Rotom appliances such as an oven, a refrigerator, and even a washing machine. They’re not just for looks, either. All the appliances work and have the iconic Rotom eyes and mouth plastered over the front. Do you hear the sound of our wallets opening from your side of the screen?
What’s Is Like In A Rotom-Filled House?
The full video shows YouTuber BigRig Creates making all of Rotom’s battle forms which include the Standard, Fan, Heat, Frost, Mow, and Wash forms. Our absolute favorite, and probably the most impressive of all of the recreated forms, was the Heat form. All of the forms were created using 3D-printed pieces. Ultimately, they would melt under the heat of an oven, so he had to get creative with how it was created. With some heat-resistant paint and an orange silicon mold, Rotom was ready to cook some food.
The creativity was doubled when he decided to test it out by making himself a Pokeball-shaped pizza. Even though the physical outcome of the project was sticky with mismatched colors, it still made a dang good pizza. The most useful of them all has to be the Standard Rotom, which also works as a portable charger. Although it’s a rather cumbersome charger, we can imagine ourselves using it in the office to show off. It isn’t every day that you’re able to charge your phone using a Pokemon brought to life, eh?
