Pokémon Go: A Mysterious Incense Quests and Rewards

The latest feature in Pokémon Go, Daily Adventure Incense, allows an easier way for trainers to catch Pokémon every day. You aren’t given immediate access to this, however. Instead, you have to do the “A Mysterious Incense” research quests to gain the rewards in Pokémon Go. We’ll walk you through all the steps and tell you exactly what rewards you can come away with.

A Mysterious Incense Quests and Rewards in Pokémon Go

“A Mysterious Incense” is a Special Research quest in Pokémon Go. Head to your Research menu and select ‘Special.’ Once this is available in your region, it’s automatically given to you. There is a Part One and a Part Two to this, so you’ll go through a few steps to snatch up all available rewards.

A Mysterious Incense – Part One

This is perhaps the easiest thing to do with the Mysterious Incense Pokémon Go quest. Simply tap ‘Claim Reward.’ And that’s all there is to it for Part One.

Afterward, you’ll get your first Daily Adventure Incense as well as 1,000 XP.

A Mysterious Incense – Part Two

There are two steps to the second part of the Pokémon Go Mysterious Incense task.

A Mysterious Incense Step 1/2:

• Task: Use 1 Daily Adventure Incense || Reward: 1,000 XP
• Task: Use Daily Adventure Incense to Catch 10 Pokémon || Reward: 1,000 XP
• Task: Walk 1km || Reward: 1,000 XP

Once you finish with this step in A Mysterious Incense in Pokémon Go, you’ll earn Completion Rewards:

• 25 Poké Balls
• Ponyta Encounter
• 500 Stardust

A Mysterious Incense Step 2/2:

• Task: Use 6 Daily Adventure Incense || Reward: 2,500 XP
• Task: Use Daily Adventure Incense to catch 100 Pokémon || Reward: 2,500 XP
• Task: Walk 10km || Reward: 2,500 XP

For the Completion Rewards, you’ll get the following:

• 2,500 XP
• TBA Encounter
• 2,500 Stardust
