Pokemon Go: How To Beat Cliff (March 2024)

His loyalty to Team Rocket might be unwavering, but his team certainly isn’t.

The “Kronk” ofย Pokemon Go, Team Go Rocket’s Cliff, continues his batty behavior in March 2024 of attempting to take over Pokestops, this time with his Zubat team. While this brawn-over-brain Leader typically has a challenging yet manageable lineup, this month, he’s going all out with some tough opponents you’ll need to deal with. During Phase 2, you’ll face off against Kingdra, Aerodactyl, or Gallade, while the third round involves a battle with Tyranitar, Cradily, and Crobat.ย

Cliff Lineup Pokemon Go February 2024 Battle

Based on the weaknesses of Cliff’s lineup for March 2024 in Pokemon Go, I recommend you take on the blockhead with this team:

  • Mamoswine: Powder Snow and Avalanche
  • Machamp: Counter and Dynamic Punch
  • Gardevoir: Charm and Dazzling Gleam

For any opponent weak to Ice, Mamoswine is a tanky powerhouse that has never let me down and will be a great pick against Zubat, Aerodactyl, Cradily, and Crobat. While any high-tier Fighting-type Pokemon will do, Machamp can pack a punch against Cradily and especially Tyranitar. Finally, Gardevoir can be of help if you get pitted against Kingdra or Gallade.
