Alongside the debut of Mega Gardevoir in Pokémon GO comes the temporary return of Tapu Lele, the Psychic- and Fairy-type Land Spirit Pokémon serving as a 5-Star Raid Boss for the Valentine’s Day Event. Furthermore, Tapu Lele can now be Shiny when caught, but before you get their hopes up of encountering one, you need to recognize its weaknesses and the best counters for taking it down. After all, Tapu Lele is a Legendary pocket monster, meaning it is more formidable than your average Raid Bosses in Pokémon GO. 

Best Counters for Tapu Lele Raid in Pokémon GO

Tapu Lele Raid 2023 Pokémon GO

As a Psychic- and Fairy-type Raid Boss, Tapu Lele is resistant to Psychic-, Fighting-, and Dragon-type Moves in Pokémon GO. In other words, do not bring your Mega Salamence or Terrakion to the fight. On the other hand, this Land Spirit Pokémon is weak to Poison-, Ghost-, and Steel-type attacks.
