Pokemon Scarlet and Violet: How to Evolve Slowbro
This article is over 3 years old and may contain outdated information.

Slowbro, the dopey-looking Water Pokemon with its tail bitten by a huge clam, is the evolution of Slowpoke. If you want to know whether you can evolve a Slowbro in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, here’s everything you need to know about Slowpoke and Slowbro’s evolutionary lines.

Can You Evolve Slowbro Into Another Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?

Ever since its debut in Generation I (Pokemon Red, Green, and Blue), unfortunately, Slowbro cannot evolve into a new Pokemon; and the same thing still goes in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. However, Slowpoke does have two different evolutions: Slowbro itself can be obtained when you level up a Slowpoke to level 37. On the other hand, trading a Slowpoke that’s holding a King’s Rock will evolve it into Slowking.

Slowpoke is not a version-exclusive Pokemon and can be caught in Scarlet and Violet. It can be found in Lake, River, and Beach biomes during the Morning, Noon, Evening, and Night.
