While making stronger concoctions in Potion Craft does not directly affect the alchemist protagonist, knowing how to brew potions of a higher tier will generate more profit for their business. For instance, if players make a Tier-I Healing Potion for an adventurous warrior who requires something to recover from injuries, this brew will doubtless complete their order and net users some coin. However, those who manage to carefully guide their hand into crafting a Tier-II or Tier-III potion can make up to double the profit for their efforts. Of course, haggling is also crucial to getting the most out of a transaction with customers.
Brewing Stronger and Higher-Tier Potions in Potion Craft
To make stronger and higher-tier potions in Potion Craft, alchemists must ensure their water base vial aligns with their target Effect Node. If a portion of the water base is inside the node, the result will be a Tier-I brew. However, if players skillfully guide the vial perfectly into the destination’s outline, the result is a potion of higher potency.

As demonstrated by content creator Sera Proto, making sure the water base completely overlaps the target node on the Alchemy Map is the goal when attempting to brew a stronger potion in Potion Craft. Keep in mind that RNG is not a factor when making potions since all the results are dependent on the ingredients used and how players utilize their equipment. For newcomers, Potion Craft features a Mortar, Ladle, and Cauldron as the three primary pieces of equipment.
The Cauldron is where players add ingredients, the Mortar is used to grind resources for more potency, and the Ladle enables the water base to be moved back to the center. It is possible that newer players use the Mortar and Cauldron but forget that they can utilize the Ladle to land more perfectly into their target node. Moreover, using the proper ingredients is important but does not always result in a stronger potion in Potion Craft. Observing the Alchemy Map to see the results of a Mortar grind or complete Cauldron stir is crucial to making brews of higher potency.
Potion Craft is available on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
