Tina Brown, former editor-in-chief of Vanity Fair and author of Prince Harry’s mom Princess Diana’s biography The Diana Chronicles has been one of the most vocal about her standpoint on Megxit. She previously described Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal exit as “a disaster,” also accusing them of being “addicted to drama.” In her recent appearance on The Ankler Podcast to promote her substack newsletter Fresh Hell, the author shared a fresh take on the estranged royal couple, bashing their decisions so far.
Princess Diana’s biographer first took a dig at Prince Harry’s wife Meghan Markle, suggesting she was incapable of making the right decisions due to poor judgment. She divulged,
“The trouble with Meghan is that she has the worst judgement of anyone in the entire world. She’s flawless about getting it all wrong. All of her ideas are total crap, unfortunately.”
Prince Harry Deemed a Slaughter Lamb in Meghan’s Drama
After sharing her scathing remarks about Meghan, Tina Brown, who met Princess Diana on several occasions during her lifetime gave her candid opinion about her son, likening him to a child. According to her, the 40-year-old only served as the slaughter lamb in his wife’s misguided path, doing her bidding and having no say. The journalist mocked,
“He just sort of blindly followed her [Meghan] like a child, really.”
Tina’s belittling comments comes two years after she labeled Harry as “an impetuous character.” She also condemned the Sussexes’ royal exit, saying they could have left on better terms. The journalist slammed them for making “bad choices,” which she believes could have been avoided if they did not act “hotheaded.”
