Ubisoftโ€™s upcoming Prince of Persia The Lost Crown is one of the most anticipated Metroidvanias of 2024, and itโ€™s coming out at the very start of the year. The publisher has now released the technical performance details of how Prince of Persia The Lost Crown will perform on consoles, as well as the minimum and recommended system specs for people playing on PC.

Although the game is visually very striking because of its art style and its use of different dynamic camera angles, it is still a side-scroller at its core which means it isnโ€™t very resource-intensive. Prince of Persia The Lost Crown will run at a minimum of 1080p at 60 FPS on every console, yes, even the Nintendo Switch (scales down to 720p60 in handheld mode). While the visual fidelity might be different in terms of texture resolution and special effects, the game should look consistent across all platforms.

Those playing on current-gen consoles can expect 4k at 120 FPS on the Xbox Series X and the PlayStation 5.
