At 80, one might think that Priscilla Presley would have long grown weary of her constant court battles regarding all things related to her late ex-husband, Elvis Presley, and daughter Lisa Marie Presley‘s legacy. Yet, it doesn’t appear to be so.
In fact, it looks like Priscilla Presley is just gearing up for yet another Presley family showdown, this time with her teenage twin granddaughters, Harper and Finley Lockwood. So what could Priscilla possibly have to fight her grandchildren over?

Globe Magazine‘s exclusive Presley family insiders claim it is all about money and control. Both of which Priscilla wants, especially when it comes to Graceland. A new legal filing states that she maneuvered to buy her twin granddaughters’ rights to their names, images, and likenesses.
The complainant, Brigitte Kruse, who is currently tangled in dueling lawsuits with Priscilla, claims this was all part of a strategy to keep herself front and center as the face of Graceland. The filing even suggests Priscilla saw the twins, Harper and Finley, now 17, as a long-term threat.
“She has lived off the Presley name her entire life, has totally exploited it,” a source reveals. “If she controls them, she controls Graceland. It’s all about money!”
She allegedly believed that due to their shared “twin” connection to Elvis. The filing points out that Priscilla always aimed to keep her Queen title alive. Kruse also alleges that she and her business partner helped the twins’ father, Michael Lockwood, secure legal assistance and financial support while he was struggling.
Presley Fans Are Over Priscilla’s Greed And Need For Drama
The filing also claims Priscilla pushed for the purchase of the girls’ name and likeness rights. But here is the part of the public drama Priscilla may have trouble hearing.
Presley family fans are reaching their breaking point. Longtime supporters are openly calling her constant battles for control of anything tied to Graceland exhausting and embarrassing. To them, it looks like a desperate cash grab that’s gone way past its expiration date.

Many believe that at her age, it might be time for her to let go of this self-appointed monarchy, reconnect with the family she still has, and stop clawing at the Presley legacy like it’s a personal empire. Some even say Elvis and Lisa Marie would be heartbroken to see how ugly things have become.
The amended complaint also accuses Priscilla of exploiting the Presley name for decades and alleges her motives revolve around money and influence. Priscilla’s legal team, however, has brushed off these accusations. They are calling Kruse’s claims absurd while insisting that Priscilla herself is the victim.
With lawsuits piling up, Presley loyalists running out of patience, one thing is clear. Priscilla’s grip on the throne she carved out for herself may finally be slipping.
