Quaxlys’ final evolution is Quaquaval at level 36 from Quaxwell, which evolves from Quaxly at level 15. Quaquaversal is the final stage of Quaxly’s evolutionary line and is a Water-type Pokémon.

Quaxwell is a friendly-looking Pokémon species with beautifully patterned blue feathers and an elegant white beak that can make delightful bell-like notes. It is part of the ninth generation of the evolutionary line and has two abilities–Torrent and Hidden Moxie. Quaxwell’s diet consists mainly of fish, and its eggs weigh 47.4 pounds.
