Quaxlys’ final evolution is Quaquaval at level 36 from Quaxwell, which evolves from Quaxly at level 15. Quaquaversal is the final stage of Quaxly’s evolutionary line and is a Water-type Pokémon.

Quaxwell is a friendly-looking Pokémon species with beautifully patterned blue feathers and an elegant white beak that can make delightful bell-like notes.
