People looking for more action from racer GRID are in luck as new DLC content is coming Feb 12th! GRID has a Season 1 DLC pack already out that brought tons of new content to the realistic racing game. Similar to the season 1 DLC, season 2 will add a variety of content. Season 2 will feature six new cars, alongside another career mode expansion and the addition of the world-renowned Red Bull Ring. As for the career expansion, GRID will receive 33 new challenging career mode events.

All new GRID career events take place on the new Red Bull Ring. Located in Australia, the Red Bull Ring has been an iconic and classic race location for almost 50 years. Racers and hardcore fans alike know the classic track well. This is because it is almost exactly the same layout as it’s original construction. This classic location is sure to thrill racing fans as it features all the usual long brake segments and passing opportunities of its real-life counterpart. Check out this video on the Red Bull website for a detailed overview of the track. The circuit will be available for free to all players in the Career, Free Play, and Multiplayer modes. The 33 new career mode events, however, will only be playable for paying players. The new GRID DLC is sure to bring the speed for all players, no matter what edition you own.

Owners of the Deluxe Edition or the Season Pass will get all season 2 content for free. Day One Edition or Standard Edition owners can purchase Season 2 for $12.49 on consoles or $9.99 on PC. Ultimate Edition players will also receive the Ferrari FXX, Aston Martin Vulcan AMR Pro, Brabham BT62, and the Pagani Zonda Revolución. Season 2’s Track Day Supercars also include the Ferrari 599XX Evo and the Ford GT Heritage Edition. These modern high tech race cars will be available to all GRID players for free when season 2 drops.

GRID is available on Xbox One, PS4, and PC. The game is currently on Steam, but also available on Stadia as well. Petal meets metal on February 12th, so keep an eye out!
