Unfortunately, the first thing many people do following a disagreement is get racist. Rather than handling the situation like respectful adults, some people don’t mind harassing others. An example of that is a racist Florida Karen who lost it on a Hispanic woman. The woman told Gulf Coast News that she didn’t know why the Karen acted this way. From what the Karen was saying, though, it seemed she had an issue with the Hispanic woman’s driving skills. This doesn’t make it okay for her to curse her and be racist. She even threatened the woman that she would use a Uzi. She took a video of the unfortunate situation. The video starts with her exiting her car and confronting the Karen who was filming her.
Apparently, before she started filming, the Florida Karen was insulting her mom. When the woman asked her what she said about her mother, she started responding and then stopped when she noticed that she was being filmed. “[expletive] you,” she said instead. The Karen kept cursing the Hispanic woman even as she told her “God bless you. Have a good day.” Instead of driving away, the Karen then started telling the woman that she was blasphemous because of the way she was behaving. Well, the video didn’t show the woman doing anything wrong, especially since she kept repeating “God bless you.” The Karen definitely had a lot of hatred inside of her because she then told the woman, “I hope you die in traffic.” She then claimed that with the way the woman drives, she would die anyway.
After a lot more cursing, the Florida Karen asked the Hispanic citizen where she learned to drive. Even if she had a problem with her driving, that didn’t give her the right to act this way. “You’re going to get a heart attack,” the woman said after seeing how worked up the Karen was. A few seconds later, it looked like the woman had her phone inside the Karen’s car to film her. That was when the obnoxious woman tried to get violent because she attempted to hit her. At this point, the Hispanic woman just wanted to leave. She started saying “bye” while the Karen was repeating “[expletive] you.” When the woman tried to leave and put an end to what was happening, the Karen drove forward and prevented her.
The Florida Karen then started telling the Hispanic woman that she almost caused an accident. If that was the case then call the police instead of harassing her. The harassment then got worse because she started making violent threats. Despite this, the woman was still trying to leave and de-escalate the situation. She even told the Karen “I love you.” Her response? “I hate you.” The violence then turned into blunt racism. “Go back to where you came from,” the Karen started saying. “We don’t want you,” she added. She then threatened to call ICE as she said, “I hope you are [expletive] illegal. I will call ICE.” The Karen then said something unbelievable. “They will shoot you like they shoot the others,” she said. That’s absolutely disgusting.
People Reacting to the Florida Karen’s Racism
People were rightfully disturbed by everything the Florida Karen said. This amount of racism and hate is just shocking. Since what she was saying was disgusting, one person wrote, “New definition for ‘ugly white trash’.” Another person wondered why the Karen had a lot of packages in her car as they also talked about her faith. “100% guarantee you she would describe herself as a loving Christian god-fearing woman. And what do all the packages in her car? She looks like she’s stealing mail,” they said. This made someone else agree and reply, “Well considering she was using the word blasphemous I’d think you’re spot on.”
More people came after the Florida Karen, as one person said, “I don’t understand these people man, like what point in your life did you undergo something to become such a vile human? Just mad the Hispanic lady is younger and pretty than here.” Others applauded how the Hispanic woman handled the situation, as someone wrote, “Can we make the recorder famous? Someone know how to make a GoFundMe? She [expletive] obliterated that old [expletive], I love her.” Another person then replied, “It’s so satisfying when ‘God bless you’ melts the self-righteous facade off a fake Christian revealing their ugly, bitter nature. This is how you deal with them.” She is the definition of taking the high road.
