Raquel Leviss may be deep in the trenches of hot reality TV drama, but apparently that’s not going to keep her away from the next reunion of Vanderpump Rules. Despite being caught in a complicated love triangle following the reveal of a shocking affair on season 10 of the Bravo reality show, Leviss has officially confirmed that she will be attending the season 10 reunion in person, making the upcoming reunion a potential powder keg for her to reignite.
Not long after season 10 of Vanderpump Rules – named after and based on ex-Real Housewives star and restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump – began airing in February, the cast was hit with the shocking revelation that stars Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval had been involved in an affair for nearly a year, despite Sandoval being a relationship with fellow co-star Ariana Madix for nine years. According to Deadline, the resulting fallout caused by the affair caused the success of Schwartz’s and Sandy’s, Tom Sandoval’s restaurant with co-star Tom Schwartz that served as the focus for the season, to come under threat as customers battered it with negative reviews.
Raquel Leviss: ‘Scandoval’ and Scheana Shay Drama
Amidst the ‘Scandoval’, as fans would later dub it. Bravo would resume filming Vanderpump Rules specifically to catch the casts’ reactions to the scandal, with Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval predictably being caught directly in the media spotlight alongside Ariana Madix. Even now, months after the original affair made headline news, the flames of controversy surrounding Leviss are still as hot as ever following her recent accusations towards co-star Scheana Shay, in which Leviss claims Shay punched her in the face after the two were involved in a physical altercation earlier this month. Whether this latest incident has anything to do with the ‘Scandoval’ is unclear, but Leviss chose to file a restraining order against Shay, who has legally denied the incident according to Buzzfeed News, anyways.
Between her affair throwing Vanderpump Rules into chaos – more than usual, anyhow – and now her restraining order against a co-star, Raquel Leviss’s attendance at the upcoming season 10 reunion of Vanderpump Rules was completely up in the air until Leviss herself posted a photo to her Instagram story earlier today that confirmed that “Yes, I will be attending tomorrow’s reunion in person,” along with a statement apologizing for her behavior and stating that she “deeply regrets hurting Ariana”.
Fans will just have to wait and see if any new drama is ignited by Raquel Leviss’ presence at the Vanderpump Rules reunion – for now, don’t forget to catch season 10 of Vanderpump Rules on Bravo and Peacock, with the next episode airing tonight, March 22nd, at 9/8c.
