Remnant 2 is a souls-like title, such as Sekiro or Bloodborne, that can be tricky for some players. Those familiar with the genre know that staying alive and managing potions is key to progress through the game. But this can get quite complicated with so many waves of enemies or each world’s hostile environment. Fortunately, there are several ways players can recover health throughout the game. So here we bring you a list of ways to heal and recover your health in Remnant 2.

All The Ways You Can Heal and Recover Health in Remnant 2

As mentioned, this is a souls-like game, so Remnant 2 will limit healing sources to specific areas. The easiest way to heal or recover your health in Remnant 2 is by going to World Crystals, where we can teleport to other worlds, do fast travel, or mark checkpoints. Even if we play co-op, these crystals can revive the other player.

Another way players can recover their life in Remnant 2 is with relics. At the beginning of the game, the player will only have three relic charges. Another viable option is to use items we can find in loots or buy from Dr. Norah. The latter is located in Ward 13, close to other shops and the main door of the Ward. The doctor has a variety of items to counteract other stats. But among those that we can buy and that heal, we can find:

  • Bandage: This item can stop the bleeding effect and restore all grey health.
  • Blood Root: This item can regenerate 1.5 health points per second. The effect only lasts 30 seconds.

In Remnant 2, there are other ways to heal on other planets. For example, in Losomn, the Fae world, you can find certain stations with healing water. These stations provide HP regen for 60 seconds. Of course, certain classes can heal as well. The Handler and Medic have multiple skills to heal you or grant Health Regeneration.

Another possibility to heal and recover health in Remnant 2 is getting extra relic charges, so players can continue their adventure without dying so fast. Players can buy more charges from Wallace or find different types of relics in other worlds. But you will need materials like Simulacrum, Lumenite Crystal, and many scraps to buy those extra charges. So arm yourself with everything you need, and don’t lose sight of your stats or items.

Remnant 2 is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
