In June, Capcom made a surprise statement in the State of Play showcase for PlayStation and revealed Resident Evil 4 Remake. Players already have an announcement trailer showcasing the first details about the game. Besides, the company also promised more gameplay trailers soon and kept its promise in yesterday’s Resident Evil October showcase. Now we have more details about the game. At the same time, the PC system requirements of the Resident Evil 4 Remake were revealed.

Resident Evil 4 Remake System Requirements

Resident Evil 4 Remake has two new videos, one detailing the gameplay and the other featuring Ada, Ashley, and other scenes from iconic moments in the game, like the lake fight. The upcoming horror game brings new features to the game. The most noticeable ones were the ability to dodge attacks, crouch, craft, and exchange collectibles for items.

The title is in development for PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. Besides that, Resident Evil 4 Remake now has a Steam page and shows PC system requirements for those interested in playing the upcoming game on PC. Here are the system requirements of the game:

Minimum:

  • OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
  • Processor:ย AMD Ryzen 3 1200 / Intel Core i5-7500
  • Memory:ย 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics:ย AMD Radeon RX 560 with 4GB VRAM / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB VRAM
  • DirectX:ย Version 12
  • Network:ย Broadband Internet connection
  • Additional Notes:ย Estimated performance (when set to Prioritize Performance): 1080p/60fps. ใƒปFramerate might drop in graphics-intensive scenes. ใƒปAMD Radeon RX 6700 XT or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 required to support ray tracing.

You can now pre-order Resident Evil 4 Remake on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Also, the title will be released on March 24, 2023. Lastly, Capcom gives another piece of good news to the players and says who buy the game on PS4 will be able to upgrade to the PS5 version for free.
