The update for April 25th for Returnal has arrived, and here are all the changes and improvements mentioned in the patch notes. The update is quite major, especially for those fortunate enough to have the required hardware to play the game in all its glory. The latest update adds Nvidia’s DLSS 3 support, implements Nvidia Reflex, fixes a coop bug that some players had been facing during a certain boss fight, and updates the FSR version to 2.1 in the description text inside the game. We have a new update today that adds NVIDIA’s DLSS 3, including Reflex.

- Potential fix for falling out of the world in co-op when fighting the Nemesis boss

It seems the PC port of Returnal continues to improve with each update. The last update for the game added FSR support, and with DLSS 3, the game’s graphical settings are pretty much complete. In case you missed the last update, here are the patch notes for the update from last week:
- Upgraded to AMD FSR 2
- Added option to manually rebuild PSO cache to Settings > Graphics
- Fixed specific hitches that can occur during boss fights
- Fixed out-of-world issue when loading into the start room of Crimson Wastes after suspending
- Fixed issue with sandstorm appearing where it shouldn’t in Crimson Wastes
- Fixed issue with sandstorm vignette sometimes appearing on Crimson Wastes after suspending
