RHONJ’s Jennifer Fessler opened up about her cosmetic plastic surgery while hinting at the use of Ozempic for her weight loss during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live” With Andy Cohen on Tuesday.
The use of cosmetic surgery to bypass the reality of old age has become very common amongst Hollywood’s elite over the last decade.
In recent times, some more unconventional methods have been made popular by celebs. This includes the use of diabetes drugs Ozempic and Wegovy to achieve weight loss.
Many of the stars from the Real Housewives franchise have been known to go under the knife over the years. RHONJ’s Jennifer Fessler, 54, joined the franchise this season and has certainly caught the eye with her outrageous body transformation in less than a year.
During that period, Fessler dropped a tangible amount of weight, which was rumored to be an effect of Ozempic. While the reality star has now admitted to using Ozempic, she claimed it was unknowingly.
Fessler revealed the drugs were prescribed to her by her doctor when she went for menopause treatment. She later discovered it was a form of Ozempic.

RHONJ’s Jennifer Fessler’s Cosmetic Plastic Surgery and Weight Loss
Although RHONJ‘s Jennifer Fessler claims her use of Ozempic was accidental, she recently opened up about other “glow-up” procedures. During a Tuesday appearance on “Watch What Happens Live,” she detailed how she achieved her striking new look.
While talking to host Andy Cohen, Fessler admitted she got a “glow up.” When probed further by Cohen, Fessler confessed to getting a facelift and a nose job.
The reality star also hinted at the use of Ozempic for her tremendous weight loss. She said:
“Yeah, I don’t play, I don’t play. And I did lose a lot of weight. I took peptides and I don’t know if you’ve heard of medications associated with that that help people lose weight.”
Meanwhile, Fessler isn’t the only Housewife caught in the Ozempic drama. Recently, RHOBH’s Kyle Richards and RHOM Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton have had to deny claims they are on the diabetes drug.
Nepola later told PageSix that she and Patton were taking in B-12 injections. Although that has not gone far in dispelling the rumors linking them to the now-popular drug. And now, Fessler’s admission would only further fuel those rumors.
