The Prehistoric Update in Roblox Grow a Garden has players digging and hatching Dino Eggs. These ancient critters don’t just look amazingly cute, they also come with powerful traits that can boost your farming efficiency. But getting your hands on them takes time, some strategy, and a huge dash of luck. Here’s everything you need to know about Dino Eggs and what the hatch chances are for fan-favorite pets like the T-Rex.
How to Get Dino Eggs

To start collecting Dino Eggs, head over to the Dino Track in the middle of the map and speak to Graham. You will need to trade in any pet to receive Dino Eggs in return. For every 1 hour, Graham will generate up to three Dino Eggs from the exchanged pet. Although there is a very small chance the DNA Converter machine will straight-up give you a Dino Pet instead.
Once you’ve got your Dino Egg, you’ll need to be patient. After all, it takes 4 hours and 16 minutes for a single Dino Egg to hatch. Just like any other eggs, though, you can pay 49 Robux to skip the growth timer.
Common Pets from Common Eggs, like Golden Lab, Dog, and Cat, are ideal for exchanging Dino Eggs. They are very inexpensive at 50,000 Sheckels per egg and take only 10 minutes to hatch, making them very easy to obtain.
